One of my all time favorite families to photograph…if I didn’t say that, my brother would probably be offended. Just kidding. I really do love taking their picture. How could I not?! They’re beautiful. And I’m not just saying that because we’re related. BUT, to be perfectly honest, my brother has never been an easy subject for me. He doesn’t take direction from me any better now than he did when we were in our teens.
The last few weeks I’ve been taking photos for the Center for Innovative Technology. It’s actually been a lot of fun, despite being very time consuming. I hope to finish editing those photos this week and then I can post updates from some of the other fun things I’ve done during that time.
I am constantly scouting for new spots to take pictures. I’ve been doing this for as long as I can remember. I’ve been known to go on trips to scenic locations and be unable to enjoy them because I didn’t have my camera with me. It pains me to “miss shots”.
For years I’ve been intending to check out this bridge. When I read in the paper that it’s slated for possible demolition, I knew the time was now. So I grabbed one of my ready-made models and away we went.
The bridge didn’t quite live up to my hopes but the model worked out okay.
Check out the video preview from my most recent photo shoot.
My daughter travels appropriately, at the Air & Space Museum.
Every once in a blue moon I actually sit down and play around in photoshop. If you’re interested in something like this, let me know.
